Marcus & Millichap has sold the Alden, a mixed-use property with 68 apartment units and two first-level offices in Minneapolis.
The property sold for $5.8 million.
Dan Linnell, Mox Gunderson and Josh Talberg with Marcus & Millichap marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a partnership. The buyer, also a partnership, was secured and represented by Gunderson and Linnell.
