Marcus & Millichap brokered the $6.6 million sale of a 16,700-square-foot medical office building in La Porte, Indiana, that is fully occupied by Northwest Health, a subsidiary of Community Health Systems.
Marcus & Millichap’s Frank Roti and Brett Rodgers, first vice presidents of investments, represented the seller, an Indiana-based developer. They also procured the buyer, an Indiana-based LLC specializing in medical assets.
Built in 2011, the facility at 600 Legacy Plaza West houses a full-service sports medicine clinic with surgery center, imaging room and aquatic therapy pool.
