Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Value Inn, a 112-room hospitality property in Kenosha, Wisconsin. The asset sold for $2.8 million.

The buyer, a private investor, was secured and represented by Ebrahim Valliani, vice president investments; Michael Klar, associate; Allan Miller, senior vice president investments; and Chris Gomes, senior managing director investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook, Austin and Dallas offices. Todd Lindblom assisted in closing this transaction as broker of record in Wisconsin.

The property is located at 7221 122 Ave in Kenosha, and will convert to a Rodeway Inn, by Choice Hotels. The property is well-positioned at the intersection of Highway 50 and Interstate 94, 35 miles south of Milwaukee. This 112-room, exterior corridor, economy hotel has four separate buildings on almost four acres of land and was built in 1988.
