Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Dearborn Ophthalmology, a 5,096-square-foot medical office property in Dearborn, Michigan. The asset sold for $1.34 million or $262.95 a square foot.
Ashish Vakhariya, Seth Haron and Darin Gross, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Detroit office, facilitated the transaction on behalf of the seller.
