Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services helped close the sale of Bradley Village Square, a 16,412-square-foot retail property in Brown Deer, Wis.
The retail center sold for $1.9 million and closed on March 27.
Jeff Rowlett and Jason Ladner, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Milwaukee office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, General Capital Group. Ladner and Rowlett also secured the buyer, a local private investor based in Milwaukee.
