Seth Haron, Darin Gross and Ashish Vakhariya, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Detroit office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, and procured the buyer.
The office property, located on 0.93 acres at 2940 Crooks Road, was built in 2005. The building features 7,431 square feet of clinical space on the first floor and 1,800 square feet of administrative space on the lower level.
