Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of 26 Marsh Court, a 10,000-square-foot, net-leased industrial property in Madison, Wisconsin. The asset sold for list price at $1.2 million.
Sean O’Brien, senior associate, and investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a local private investor. The buyer, an Illinois-based developer, was secured and represented by O’Brien. Todd Lindblom, Wisconsin Broker of Record, assisted in closing this transaction.
26 Marsh Court is located less than a mile from the Interstate 90 and Route 18 interchange. The deal went from under contract to closed is less than 60 days.
