Sharko and Associate Marc Sitzer, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company with the decision-makers based overseas.
Having procured multiple offers, Weisenbeck, Sitzer and Sharko secured and represented the buyer, a professional Michigan-based limited liability company. Regional Manager Todd Lindblom, Broker of Record of Wisconsin, assisted in closing this transaction.

Seven of the tenants have remained at the property for over a decade, ensuring stability and loyalty.
