Marcus & Millichap recently negotiated the sale of a 112,010-square foot grocery anchored multi-tenant retail property located in Waukesha, Wisconsin. The asset sold for $14.9 million with a CMBS loan placed on the acquisition.
Senior Managing Directors Austin Weisenbeck and Sean R. Sharko and Associate Marc Sitzer, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company with the decision-makers based overseas.
Having procured multiple offers, Weisenbeck, Sitzer and Sharko secured and represented the buyer, a professional Michigan-based limited liability company. Regional Manager Todd Lindblom, Broker of Record of Wisconsin, assisted in closing this transaction.
Located at 601-921 Meadowbrook Road in Waukesha, the property is anchored by Sendek’s Grocery Store. Seven of the tenants have remained at the property for over a decade, ensuring stability and loyalty. Notable occupants include Walgreens, McDonald’s, and Cost Cutters, who are present for over two decades, adding to the center’s historically strong occupancy.
