Skyler Henderson and Brad Dorsey, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Fort Worth and Dallas offices, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a DFW based investor, and procured the buyer, an owner of numerous RV parks across Texas.
Whistle Stop RV Resort is located at 695 E. Stamford St. and spans 20.53 acres. Built in 2016, the property offers full city utilities and amenities including a swimming pool, laundry facilities, playground, dog park, volleyball pit and pickleball court. The resort benefits from frontage along Interstate 20, which sees more than 26,000 vehicles daily.
