The facility was recently built in 2019, is situated on 9.92 acres of land and currently features 658 non-climate-controlled self-storage units that make up 122,216 net rentable square feet across eight total drive-up buildings.
The property is fully fenced with a keypad, gated entry, an on-site management office and 24-hour video surveillance.
