Greenhouse at I-10 Retail Center is located at 19304 Katy Freeway. Built in 2024, the property totals two acres. At the time of sale, approximately 4,000 square feet was leased to Excel Urgent Care, while the remaining 10,000 square feet was vacant. The buyer plans to occupy the available space for a medical use.
