Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services recently closed the sale of Nora Shops, a 14,920-square-Foot retail property in Indianapolis.
The asset commanded a sales price of $1.99 million.
Jordan Klink and Kahlil Barnard, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Indianapolis office, represented both the seller, a partnership, and the buyer, a limited liability company.
Nora Shops is located at 8501 Westfield Blvd. The two buildings are 100-percent occupied by nine tenants with strong historical occupancies.
