Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Caliber Collision, a 14,500-square-foot retail property in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The asset sold for $1.04 million.
Mitchell Kiven, first vice president, and Benjamin Kohl, associate, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Downtown office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a local private investor.

Caliber Collision is located at 6920 N. 76th St. in Milwaukee. The asset had a short-term lease in place and sold at full asking price. The seller operated a collision repair business out of the location, which Caliber Collision acquired in 2019. The buyer is an investment fund based in Texas.
