Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI) closed the sale of a 42-room AmericInn hotel property in Rice Lake, Wisconsin.
Jon Ruzicka, Joseph Ferguson and Reed Gizinski, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer. Todd Lindblom is the firm’s broker of record in Wisconsin.
The two-story AmericInn is located on 1.26 acres at 2906 Pioneer Ave., just off Highway 53. The property features a heated indoor pool, complimentary breakfast and business center. Built in 1994, the hotel benefits from steady demand from business and leisure travelers due to its location near Rice Lake Weighing Systems, Marshfield Clinic, the Red Cedar River and Turtleback Golf Course.
