Marcus & Millichap recently helped close the sale of U.S. Cellular, a 4,500-square-foot net-leased property in Greendale, Wis.
The property sold for $2.35 million.
The firm’s net-lease group led by Jason Ladner and Jeff Rowlett, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Milwaukee office, assisted the seller, a limited liability company, in securing a buyer.
The buyer, also a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Ladner and Rowlett, too.
