Marcus & Millichap recently closed the sale of Autumn Hills, a 48-unit apartment property located in Forest Lake, Minn. The asset sold for $3.2 million.
Mox Gunderson and Chris Collins, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office, in conjunction with Marcus & Millichap’s Seattle Tax Credit Group, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private partnership. The buyer, a limited liability company, was also secured and represented by the Marcus & Millichap listing team.
The property is located at 708 12th St. SW in Forest Lake. Autumn Hills is a Section-42 Low Income Housing Tax Credit property.
