Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of AmericInn Baxter Brainerd, a 58-room hospitality property in Baxter, Minnesota.
Jake Erickson, Joseph Ferguson, Jared Plamann and Jon Ruzicka, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller.
The buyer was also procured by Erickson.
AmericInn Baxter Brainerd is located at 7836 Fairview Road in Baxter. Built in 1973 with solid concrete construction and 62 Rooms, the hotel was rebranded with AmericInn during 2017. The new owners are planning to refresh and renovate the property which will enhance the guest experience and ensure long term success.
