Marcus & Millichap closes sale of 64-unit apartment property in Lawrenceburg

Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Waterview Apartments, a 64-unit multifamily property in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. 

Matthew Whiteside, investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Milwaukee office, in association with Julia Evinger, Marcus & Millichap’s Indiana broker of record, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a Wisconsin-based limited partnership, and procured the buyer, a Wisconsin-based LLC. 

Waterview Apartments is situated on 16 acres at 1200 Sycamore Estates Drive in the Cincinnati MSA. Built in 2012, the property features a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans across 58,232 rentable square feet. Amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, business center, picnic area and playground.
