Philip Levy, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, and procured the buyer, both private investors.
Constructed in 2002, the shopping center at 2000 SE Loop 410 Access Road sits on 6.09 acres and is fully leased. The property is anchored by Dollar Tree and includes a mix of retail, service and medical tenants such as Alamo City Urgent Care, Brident Dental, Baptist Health Systems, AVIS and Cato. The center is located along a high-traffic corridor near Walmart and includes on-site parking and monument signage.
