Marcus & Millichap negotiated the sale of Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Appleton North, a 66-room hospitality property in Little Chute, Wisconsin.
Ebrahim Valliani, senior vice president, and Michael Klar, senior associate, both investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller and secured the buyer. Both entities are limited liability companies.
The transaction received additional support from Allan Miller and Chris Gomes of the Miller-Gomes Hotel Team. Todd Lindblom is Marcus & Millichap’s broker of record in Wisconsin.
The Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Appleton North, is situated on 2.76 acres at 130 Patriot Drive, just off Interstate 41, which sees approximately 55,000 cars daily. The hotel features 66 rooms and a wide range of amenities, including an indoor pool, whirlpool, waterslide, waterpark, fitness center, business center, on-site guest laundry, recreational vehicle parking, and 400 square feet of meeting space.
The property will continue to operate as a Country Inn & Suites and is set to undergo a refresh and renovation to meet the brand’s latest standards.
