Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Life Storage, a 71,015-square-foot, newly converted self-storage facility in St. Louis.
Sean Delaney, senior vice president and investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a local limited liability company. The buyer, a Texas-based limited liability company, was secured and represented by Delaney. Bradley Barham, Missouri Broker of Record, assisted in closing this transaction. The deal closed 43 days after going under contract.
Life Storage is located at 4935 Fyler Ave. in St. Louis, and sees more than 35,000 vehicles passing daily at the intersection of Fyler and South Kingshighway Boulevard.
The facility initially opened in December of 2019 with 426 climate-controlled units before expanding in July 2021 to include 172 additional non-climate-controlled drive-up units and 137 outdoor parking spaces.
