Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services recently negotiated the sale of Highlands on Graham, a 72-unit apartment property located in Saint Paul, Minn.
The asset commanded a sales price of $8.2 million, the existing mortgage amount.
The buyer, a partnership, was secured and represented by Dan Linnell, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office. The seller was represented by an outside brokerage firm.
