Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Holiday Inn Express & Suites Cincinnati, a 75-room hospitality property in Sharonville, Ohio. The asset sold for $5.195 million.
Andrew Bankhurst, investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Columbus office, and Alexandre Duong, investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Cleveland office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, a limited liability company, was also secured and represented by Bankhurst and Duong.
