Marcus & Millichap’s Bina Dhanji and Skyler Cooper of the Miller-Gomes Hotel Team exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller, an out-of-state limited liability company.
The buyer, an out-of-state limited liability company, was procured by Chris Gomes. Todd Lindblom is Marcus & Millichap’s broker of record in North Dakota.
Built in 2015, the Baymont by Wyndham Grand Forks is located at 951 S 42nd St., near Interstate 29, directly across from the Alerus Center, and less than a mile from the University of North Dakota.
