Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services arranged the sale of Library Lofts East, two apartment buildings totaling 119 units in Kansas City’s redeveloped Library District.
The $12.75 million sales price comes out to $107,143 a unit.
David Gaines, a vice president of investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago downtown office, and Alex Blagojevich, an associate vice president in the company’s Tampa office, represented the seller, a Kansas City-based developer. The buyer is Steadfast Income REIT.
