Marcus & Millichap recently negotiated the sale of an O’Reilly Auto Parts and Home Depot outparcel, a 17,966-square-foot retail property in Toledo, Ohio.
The asset sold for $1.75 million.
Sean Sharko, senior managing director investments; Austin Weisenbeck, senior managing director investments; and Kevin Wiersema, associate, of Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, an Ohio-based limited liability company.
The buyer, an Ohio-based private investor, was secured and represented by Sharko, Weisenbeck and Wiersema. Michael Glass, Ohio broker of record, assisted in closing this transaction.
