Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale and financing of Best Western Plus Executive Residency Austin – Round Rock, an 86-room hotel in Austin, Texas.
Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC), a subsidiary of Marcus & Millichap, secured the financing.
Marcus & Millichap’s Chris Gomes, executive managing director investments, exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer with support from Allan Miller of the Miller-Gomes Hotel Group of Marcus & Millichap.
Built in 2019, the Best Western Plus Executive Residency is one of the newest offerings in the Best Western brand, designed for both short-term and extended stays. Located at 2021 Cheddar Loop Road, the hotel sits on 2.72 acres near Interstate 35, about 15 miles from downtown Austin. It is near major employers such as Dell Technologies, Apple and Samsung, as well as top attractions including The Domain, Typhoon Texas Waterpark and Circuit of the Americas.
