Watt Harrison, investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Houston office, procured the buyer, a local individual, for a Texas-based LLC seller.
Located at 2319 Texas Ave. S., the 7,336-square-foot property was built in 1984 on approximately 1.44 acres. The buyer plans to hold the asset as a long-term investment.
