Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services recently closed the sale of a 1,690-square-foot Caribou Coffee in Oakdale, Minn.
The coffee shop sold for $1.2 million.
Matt Hazelton, Adam Prins, Mox Gunderson and Joe Cuskey, investment specialists in Marcus’ Minneapolis office, secured and represented the buyer.
