Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of a brand-new, net-leased Dollar General property in Kyle, Texas.
Darpan Patel, Dan Yozwiak and Paul Bouldin, in association with Tim Speck, Marcus & Millichap’s Texas broker of record, procured the buyer, a private California-based investor in a 1031 exchange.
The 10,640-square-foot property is situated on 1.09 acres at 1600 Bunton Creek Road. The site is adjacent to Lehman High School and approximately one mile east of Interstate 35, offering strong visibility and convenient access along a key corridor between Austin and San Antonio.
