Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services recently brokered the sale of a KFC ground lease in Middletown, Ohio.
The asset sold for $925,000, which represents a cap rate of 6.25 percent.
Phil Sambazis, vice president of investments and senior director of the net-leased properties group in the firm’s San Diego office, represented the seller. Michael Glass also provided representation.
