Marcus & Millichap negotiated the sale of Overton Park Professional Center, a multi-tenant medical office center in Fort Worth, Texas.
Chris Gainey and Philip Levy, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a DFW-based private partnership. Levy and Zan Colin procured the New York-based 1031-exchange buyer.
Located at 4335 S. Hulen St., Overton Park Professional Center includes two multi-tenant buildings totaling 18,102 square feet. Built in 2000, the property is 100 percent leased to medical tenants and benefits from traffic counts exceeding 43,000 vehicles per day. The center is located in a dense retail area near Hulen Mall and numerous national retailers.
