Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of a net-leased Dobbs Tire & Auto property in Wentzville, Missouri for $3.872 million.
Ken Jacobsmeyer, a Net-Leased Investment Specialist, procured the buyer, a Missouri-based LLC. This is Jacobsmeyer’s second Dobbs sale in the last 30 days.
The 7,918-square-foot property, built in 2003, is located on 0.95 acres at 1986 Wentzville Parkway. It offers excellent visibility along a high-traffic corridor and is surrounded by national retailers. The site is less than 45 minutes from downtown St. Louis, the largest metropolitan area in Missouri.
