Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of a net-leased Caliber Collision property in Greenwood, Indiana, for $3.778 million.

Mitch Grant and Nicholas Kanich, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Downtown office, in association with Josh Caruana, Marcus & Millichap’s Indiana broker of record, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the Indiana-based seller. Dominic Sulo, Ryan Engle and Andrean Angelov from the firm’s Chicago Oak Brook office procured the Illinois-based buyer.

The 33,511-square-foot auto-repair center is located at 155 Melody Ave. Caliber Collision occupies the property under a double-net lease with more than three years remaining. The site is situated on 3.33 acres in a high-traffic retail corridor anchored by national retailers such as Kroger, Target and Home Depot.
