Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services closed the sale of a Piggly Wiggly supermarket in Edgerton, Wis.
The 26,829-square-foot net leased property sold for more than $2.3 million.
Tammy Saia, Jeff Rowlett and Jason Ladner, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Milwaukee office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liabilit company in Illinois. The buyer, also a limited liability company, is based in Janesville, Wis.
Piggly Wiggly is located at 1211 N. Main St. in Edgerton.
