Marcus & Millichap recently closed the sale of a 7,500-square foot net-leased property PNC Bank at 6401 N. Harlem Ave. in Chicago.
After many in-state and out-of-state offers, the asset sold all cash for $4.08 million, which was 1 percent less than the original list price.
The Sharko|Weisenbeck team successfully closed the property after multiple attempts by other brokerage firms. Sean Sharko, Austin Weisenbeck and Adrian Mendoza, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a Canadian investment group, was secured and represented by Joseph Sigal, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office.
PNC Bank sits on a 0.63-acre lot at the hard, lighted, three-way intersection of Harlem Avenue, Devon Avenue and Northwest Highway.
