Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services recently closed the sale of Silver Lake Self-Storage, a 90,300-square-foot self-storage facility property located in Fenton, Mich.
Brett Hatcher, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Columbus, Ohio, office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, also a limited liability company, was also secured and represented by Hatcher. Broker Jonathan Dwoskin assisted in closing this transaction.
