Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of a two-property self-storage portfolio in Chicago, Illinois.
Jeffrey Herrmann and Sean Delaney, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the properties on behalf of the seller, Honore Holdings, and procured the buyer, Storage Post.
The portfolio includes two Honore Storage locations: 3215 W. Lawrence Ave. and 5145 N. Clark St. in Chicago. The properties are 2.2 miles apart in the Albany Park and Andersonville neighborhoods, offering 50,858 combined rentable square feet. The Lawrence Avenue facility features 313 climate-controlled units and 95 non-climate-controlled units, totaling 26,951 rentable square feet. The Clark Street facility includes 108 climate-controlled units and 239 non-climate-controlled units, with 23,907 rentable square feet.
