Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of a net-leased Tire Discounters property in Cincinnati, Ohio. The property sold for $2.067 million.
Dan Yozwiak and Darpan Patel, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Columbus and Tampa offices, procured the buyer, a local investor.
Tire Discounters is situated on .7 acres at 5386 N. Bend Rd. Built in 2012, the 6,974-square-foot property is just off Interstate 74 with nearby national retailers including Sam’s Club, Kroger and Walgreens.
