Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Tires Plus, a 6,600-square-foot net-leased property in Wichita, Kansas. The asset sold for $2.08 millino.
Dustin Javitch, Craig Fuller, Erin Patton and Scott Wiles, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Cleveland and Columbus offices, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.
The buyer, a REIT, was also secured and represented by Javitch, Fuller, Patton and Wiles. Colby Haugness, broker of record, assisted in closing this transaction.
Tires Plus is located at 3745 N Rock Road in Wichita.
