Gabriel Coe and Brett Hatcher, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Columbus office, had the exclusive listing to market the properties on behalf of the seller and also secured and represented the buyer in the transaction.

Dixie Storage is located about 31 miles south of Louisville, Kentucky. The two locations combine to feature 220 non-climate-controlled units totaling 31,300 net rentable square feet.
