A private real estate investor based out of Indiana paid $4 million for the Walgreens at 455 E. Epler Ave. in Indianapolis.

Senior Vice President Jordan Klink and Associate David Klink of Marcus & Millichap’s The Klink Group were retained as exclusive advisors to market the property on behalf of the seller, a Pennsylvania-based real estate investment fund. The buyer was also represented by The Klink Group.

“Long-term triple-net leased properties backed by strong corporate companies continue to be attractive investment options for investors seeking capital preservation, yield, and landlord management passivity”, said Jordan Klink.

The 15,120-square-foot building sits on the hard-corner of East Epler Avenue and US 31, directly in front of Epler Medical Parke, a two-building medical office park just south of downtown Indianapolis.
