Marcus & Millichap recently closed the sale of a 2,100-square-foot net-leased Starbucks property in Tomah, Wisconsin.The asset sold for $1.33 million.
Mark Ruble, Zack House and Jamie Medress, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Phoenix office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. Regional manager Todd Lindblom assisted in closing this transaction.
The Starbucks property is located at 224 Buan Ave in Tomah.
