Justin Miller and Irby Rozelle, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Houston office, exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a Katy-based developer, and procured the buyer.
Located at 10610 Gaston Road, the 21,598-square-foot retail center sits on 2.2 acres and is fully leased to nine local restaurants and service providers including Dos Tacos, Vogs Coffeehouse and Molar Dental.
