Doherty, David Houston and James Stewart represented the seller, Stonemont Financial Group, and procured the buyer.
Built in 2012, the asset is on 108 acres off Interstate 37 and has strong neighboring demographics, with an average annual household income of $66,727 in a five-mile radius. The San Antonio metro is in the southern part of Central Texas and straddles the Interstate 35 Corridor, one of the fastest-growing areas in the state. The area is enhanced by an extensive transportation network that provides shipping options to domestic and international markets.
