Marcus & Millichap facilitates 28-unit apartment sale in Melrose Park

Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of a 28-unit apartment property located in Melrose Park, Illinois, according to Steven D. Weinstock, regional manager of the firm’s Chicago Oak Brook office. The asset sold for $1,975,000.

Andrean Angelov, first vice president investments, Ryan D. Engle, senior vice president investments, and Samuel M. Antreasian, an associate, in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller. Angelov and Engle also represented the buyer.

The property is located at 1970 N. 18th Avenue, between Bloomingdale and North Avenues in Melrose Park. The unit mix is comprised of all one-bedroom/one-bathroom units. The property features ample off-street parking and an on-site laundry facility.
