Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of Copper Creek Crossings Apartments, a 144-unit apartment property located in Belleville, Illinois, according to David G. Bradley, regional manager of the firm’s Chicago Downtown office. The asset sold for $29,500 per unit for a total of $4,250,000.
Bradley Barham, a senior associate, Jeffrey Colona, an associate, and John T. Solari, an associate, in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Downtown and St. Louis offices, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller. They also represented the out-of-state, new-to-the-market buyer.
Copper Creek Crossings Apartments is located on Freedom Drive, 20 minutes east of the St. Louis MSA. The property is comprised of 48 one-bedroom/one-bathroom units and 96 two-bedroom/one-bathroom units in eight buildings.
