Christopher Malay and Eric P. Bell, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller. The buyer was secured and represented by Samuel McCarthy, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office.
Consisting of two 11-unit buildings, Williamsburg Apartments is located at 122 and 130 Flintridge Drive, a half-mile from Rockford University. Combined, the buildings are comprised of 22 two-bedroom/one-bath units.
