Andrean Angelov, first vice president investments, Ryan D. Engle, senior vice president investments, and Samuel M. Antreasian, associate, in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller. The buyer was represented by Angelov and Engle.
