Abe Roberts and Michael Jacobs, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, Park Place Apartments Mgmt., LLC, and procured the buyer, LRE Rochester 2, LLC.
